GUEST LECTURE ON EVENT MANAGEMENT BY MR. MOHAMMED SAJID AND MR. SAHIL ZAHEER.

College of Hotel Management and Tourism organized a guest lecture for the fifth-semester BHMCT & BSC HM students on “ Competitive and Business aspects in event Management” on 14^th September, 2019. Mr. Mohammed Sajid and Mr. Sahil Zaheer, Business Associates-Platform Productions, Mangalore were the resource persons for the Guest Lecture. The Guest Lecture was intended to make the students more aware of the intricacies of event management and make them understand the varied competitions they would face in case they take up event management as their career after education. The resource persons elaborated on the scope of the event business and gave some professional tips to be successful in the field. Mr. Padmanabha, Associate Professor delivered the inaugural speech. Mr. Subrat Saraf, Assistant Professor delivered the welcome address. Mr. Sampath student of V Semester delivered the vote of thanks.
