Extra Curricular Activities for BCA Students- 2019

 Mangaluru, 16th January, 2019: 

An Essay writing competition was conducted for students from I year and II-year BCA. The students were asked to write a essay on topic “Effective use of mobile phones in student community”, this was written in English, Kannada, and Malayalam. This essay competition was judged by the faculty members. The purpose of the competition is to enhance students thinking and writing skills. The following students were declared as winner:

The mehendi competition was held on 16/012019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. The students were given an opportunity to display their creative talent where they came up with attractive designs. This competition was judged by the faculty members.

The Rangoli competition was held on 17/01/2019for students from I year and II-year BCA. The students were given an opportunity to display their creative talent where they came up with attractive and colourful Rangoli designs. This competition was judged by the faculty members. Best out of waste

The Best out of waste competition was held on 24/01/2019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. The students were asked to prepare any objects from the wastes and were given an opportunity to display their creative talent where they came up with attractive and innovative ideas. The Cooking without fire competition was held on 23/01/2019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. The contestants had come well prepared with the sole objective of cooking nutritious and tasty dish. The final presentation was excellent which was in attractive manner with new ideas. Soap carving:

The Soap carving competition was held on 24/01/2019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. Where students will explore a method of creating sculpture using soap. This enhances their creativity and imagination. The winners of this event are:

The Hair style competition was held on 22/01/2019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. The Pencil sketch competition was held on18/01/2019 for students from I year and II-year BCA. Where students where given a chance to explore their imaginative ideas and bring them on the paper through sketch.
