The second year Aviation students visit to central kitchen of Srinivas Hotel Management College, Mangalore was organised by Prof. Sandiliya K, faculty of Srinivas College of Hotel Management on ,12 August 2018. This visit focused mainly to understand the kitchen etiquette, types of vessels used, table manners followed, service rendered, cleaning and hygiene maintenance, neatness and serving methods. Around 45 students of Aviation course benefited through this visit.
