Cooking without Fire Competition

 

Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism organised a 'Cooking Without Fire Competition' for Pre-University level students on November 7, 2019 as part of SAGA-2K19. Twenty teams from different PU Colleges in and around Mangalore participated in the competition. Prof. Sujatha Shankar and Prof. Prashanth Prabhu were the chief organizers for the event. Prof. Swaminathan. S, Dean - Srinivas University College of Hotel Management and Tourism, presented the prize for winners.
