FDP on "Preparing Research Articles- Its Fundamentals" by Dr. Pradeep M.D.

Mukka, 29th August, 2022: Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Srinivas University has organised Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the topic " Preparing Research Articles for Publication- Its Fundamentals" to the faculties of the Institute. About 40 faculties participated in the event. The participants were oriented about preparing research articles, standard format for publication, citation style, usage of google scholar, literature review etc. 

Clay Tech Drive for MCA and MBA students

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EMBRACING CHANGES AND TRANSFORMATION IN MANAGEMENT, IT, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND EDUCATION (INCECT)-2022

Mangaluru 27th August, 2022:  The Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University organized a one-day virtual International Conference on the theme “EMBRACING CHANGES AND TRANSFORMATION IN MANAGEMENT, IT, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND EDUCATION (INCECT)" on August 27.

The online formal inauguration of the conference commenced at 10:00 AM (IST) on August 27 at the Institute of Management & Commerce, City Campus, Pandeshwar Mangaluru.  The inaugural ceremony was convened under the patronage of Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor, Srinivas University & president, A Shama Rao Foundation and Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro-chancellor, Srinivas University and pro- chancellor, Vijayalaxmi R Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, Prof Mitra S Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University. Prof Dr P S Aithal, vice chancellor, in his presidential remarks spoke on the advent of technology and how it has revolutionized the way of thinking. Chief Guest and Inaugurator Dr. Habeeb Ur Rahiman, Professor and Coordinator Staff Development Unit, College of Business Administration Kingdom University, Bahrain explained the concept of change and the role of technology in transformation. Prof Keerthan Raj, Dean, IMC welcomed the gathering. Dr. Shailashri V.T. Convenor, INCECT introduced the international conference. Dr Abhishek N, co-convenor, INCECT proposed a vote of thanks. The conference featured keynote speeches by prominent speakers in the areas of the conference theme. Dr Habeeb Ur Rahiman, professor and coordinator of Staff Development Unit College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain. Dr Anjay Kumar Mishra, associate professor and research director, Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy, Nepal Joint Constituent College of Pokhara University. Prof B S Navi, registrar, Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women's University, Vijaypura. This was followed by paper presentations in three parallel sessions. INCECT-22 international conference has received an overwhelming response from academicians’ industrialists, research scholars, teaching fraternity. The presented papers shall be published in the conference proceedings as well as in international journals after the review.

National Conference on "Advance Research Methods for Applied and Allied Health Professionals"

Mangaluru 26th August, 2022: Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Srinivas University with the blessings of A Shama Rao, Founder of Srinivas University, under the guidance of Dr. CA A. Raghavendra Rao, Honourable Chancellor of Srinivas University and Dr. A Srinivas Rao, Honourable Pro Chancellor of Srinivas University has organized a National level Conference on the theme "Advance Research Methods for Applied and Allied Health Professionals" on 26th August, 2022. The conference was inaugurated by honourable Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. J Sathya Sai Kumar, Srinivas University.  The Chief Guest of the program was Dr. Alex George, Scientist D. The Resource person were Dr. Nayanatara, Associate Professor, KMC, Mangalore and Prof. Shashidar Kotiyan, Professor, from Srinivas University. Dr. Uday Kumar Rao gave a talk on importance of Research. The significance of the day was given by Prof. Devaseelan S, Dean IAHS. Total of 250 participants were present for the conference from all over southern part of India from Kerala and Tamilnadu. The organizers of the program were Mrs. Sahana Patil, Mrs. Pavana Krishnamoorthy, Mr. Suveen Yoel Sudarshan, Mr. Akshay K M. The program ended with the National Anthem. 

Technical Talk on "Job Opportunities in Cyber Security"

Mangaluru 26 August, 2022: Institute of Computer Science and Information Sciences organized a technical talk on the topic " Job opportunities in Cybersecurity". Day-22. Dr. A. Sasi Kumar, Trainer -IT, iNurture was the resource person. All MCA students participated in this workshop.

Industrial Visit to Modern Kitchen Export Industry at Yedapadavu, Moodabidri

Mangaluru 25th August , 2022: Srinivas University –BBA (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) organized one day Industrial Visit for the second-year BBA students to Modern Kitchen Export Industry at Yedapadav, Moodabidri in August 25/08/2022. During the visit, students got practical exposure and also got to know the functions of various types of machinery in producing varieties of chips from Mr. Harish, General Manager, and Ms. Neha, Food Technologist.  With the students, Prof. Vinutha H K and Prof. Souparnika accompanied students. This industrial visit is conducted under the guidance of Dean, Prof. Keerthan Raj, and BBA (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) Course coordinator Prof. Nelson Pereira.
